multi-page settlement statements. A real estate expert such as me

fairly compare the homes available. This doesn't mean look at

surrounding businesses which will help you decide on the future
resale of the home.

propbably looking at outdated or even sold listings, this
includes listings from large well known sites.

and not using an agent will not save you money as most
contracts pay the selling agent for the service to
